KIM FAIRMINER – THE MUSHROOM MURDERS

Described by her clients and students as ‘the rockstar astrologer’, Kim is an internationally syndicated horoscope writer, and a contributing author and editor of ‘Living Witchery: Beginner Witch Guide’ (2021) and ‘Living Witchery: Divination’ (2023). Awed by the transformative healing power of astrology during her initial studies with Babula (New Dawn), Kim went on to study transpersonal counselling to supplement her liberal arts education. In 2021,
she attained the practitioner’s horary certificate from the School of Traditional Astrology. Kim writes, stargazes, and circle-casts from her home here in suburban Brisbane and is currently working on an oracle deck with Blue Angel Publishing.

Kim has been following the Mushroom Murders astrologically and will share some of her research tonight.

Alison’s interest in astrology began in her teens, but it wasn’t until she studied her children’s birth charts two decades later that curiosity became a vocation. In 2024 she completed a Diploma in Astrology through the FAA and now draws on techniques from across the astrological tradition to guide individuals toward deeper spiritual insight and healing. She has a passion for teaching astrology and has future plans to train as a counselor to better support her clients’ needs.

With a horticultural background and a love of biodynamic and permaculture principles, she spends her days in the garden and her nights stargazing at the wonder of the cosmos on her family farm in the Sunshine Coast.
